Mor is expected to join Inter on a two-year loan deal with a €15 million buyout clause according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The 20-year-old was closely linked with a move to Liverpool and Everton last week.
The Sun reported that Jurgen Klopp is keen on the rising star and that he could be available for as little as £12 million.
Dortmund have yet to confirm Mor joining Inter however, an agreement has already been struck between the Italian giants and the player’s representatives.
The young winger already has 12 international caps for the Turkish national team but struggled for playing time at Dortmund last term, making just five Premier League starts under the stewardship of Thomas Tuchel.
