“I had a great season,“ Soyuncu was quoted as saying by Turkish-Football said when asked about reports linking him with a move to the Arsenal.
“We are thinking about taking that next step up.
“I told my agent and my club that I want to hold talks about my future after the international break.
“The talks will be held after the national team games.”
Soyuncu played a starring role for Turkey during their last two international friendlies and scored the equalising goal against Tunisia on Friday.
The former Altinordu man is expected to retain his place in Mircea Lucescu’s starting eleven and start against the World Cup host’s Russia in Moscow this evening.
