Liverpool legend and football pundit Steve Nicol has told ESPN that he expects Javier -Chicharito – Hernandez to leave West Ham United this month.
The Mexico international is keen on a January exit according to his agent and has no shortage of interest.
“There are a number of clubs interested in his services, he’s a player everyone knows and is incredibly professional,” Eduardo Hernandez said on Monday on Agenda FOX Sports.
The 29-year-old joined West Ham under the stewardship of Slaven Bilic for £16 million last summer.
Hernandez has however, struggled for regular playing time under David Moyes – as he did when he last played for the manager at Manchester united.
Nicol expects Hernandez to leave the East London based outfit.

He told ESPN: “I think this is a hit. No question. He needs to play. He left Manchester United and Germany because he wasn’t playing.
“He’s not playing back in England now so the only thing that can happen is he has to move. At this stage of his career he needs to be playing. This is absolutely a hit, but I don’t know where it’s going to be.”
Chicharito scored against Bournemouth last weekend, his fifth goal in 18 Premier League games for the Hammers this season.
Turkish-Football have reported Besiktas interest in the striker.
The Black Eagles have made the Mexico international a transfer priority after losing Cenk Tosun to Everton in January.
The reigning Super Lig champions would be able to offer first-team and Champions League football this season.
The Istanbul giants take on Bayern Munich in the Last 16 and are currently six points behind league leaders Basaksehir.
