Liverpool legend makes prediction about £23m in-demand star Emre Can’s future at Merseyside club
Liverpool legend Stevie Nicol believes Emre Can is not trying to force an exit from the Merseyside based club.
Can has 12-months remaining on this current deal with the Reds. The 23-year-old has been closely linked with a move to Serie A giants Juventus in recent weeks.
According to the Mirror, Juve are lining up a £23 million offer for the Germany international.
However, Nicol is remaining confident that Can will stay at Liverpool and believes his manager Jurgen Klopp will have a big influence on his decision.

“I don’t think he’s trying to force anything to be honest,” Nicol said on ESPN FC.
Can has cemented his place in Klopp’s starting line-up. The 23-year-old has started both of Liverpool’s games this season and has made 90 Premier League appearances since joining from Bayer Leverkusen in 2014.
