Liverpool line-up vs Bayern Munich could include in-demand star midfielder
Liverpool take on the Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich in the Audi Cup semi-final tonight.
The pre-season friendly encounter will be played at the Allianz Arena, kick-off is scheduled for 19:30 (GMT). For UK viewers the game is live on ITV4. It’s also available on LFC:TV.
Emre Can is available for selection tonight. The 23-year-old has been closely linked with a move to the Serie A giants Juventus. However, Jurgen Klopp has stated that he has no intention of selling his star midfielder.
Philippe Coutinho is also in line to start tonight’s game against Bayern. The Brazil international is being courted by Barcelona however the Reds are keen to keep hold of the former Inter Milan man.

A memorable encounter between Liverpool and Bayern Munich was played back in 2001. The two sides met in the Uefa Super Cup final and Liverpool came out on top with a 3-2 win.
