Besiktas take on Genk in the Europa League at the Vodafone Park Arena hoping to return to winning ways after suffering a 2-0 away loss to Malmo last.

Liverpool loanee Loris Karius was rumored to be dropped heading into the clash.

Turkish-Football had reported that the keeper would keep his place in the side and that Besiktas management are happy with the keeper.

Besiktas boss Senol Gunes has decided to keep Karius as his first-choice keeper heading into the game.

The Black Eagles are missing three key players in Pepe, Adem Llajic and Ryan Babel heading into the clash.

Medel has replaced Pepe in defence, Oguzhan Ozyakup will start ahead of Ljajic and Quaresma will get the nod with Babel out.

The Black Eagles will be without Atiba Hutchinson as he was not included in the UEFA Europa League squad selection.

Besiktas have yet to lose a game at home this season and won their Match Day One game 3-1 against Sarpsborg at the Vodafone Park.
