Besiktas president Fikret Orman has revealed that the club have not ruled out making a move for Benfica star Anderson Talisca.
“Everything will become clear by May 31 about Anderson Talisca, we will know by then what is happening,” Orman stated.
The Black Eagles have a buyout clause option worth €21 million which remains active until the end of the month.
The 24-year-old spent his last two seasons on loan at Besiktas, lifting the league title last season and helping the Istanbul giants cruise through the 2018-19 Champions League group stage as undefeated leaders.
The Istanbul giants are considering signing Talisca using their option and selling him on at a profit to the interested parties.

The latest development could come as a threat to Liverpool, Manchester United and the other clubs interested in the Brazilian attacking midfielder.
Portuguese publication Correio da Manha claim Juventus and the two Premier League sides are in the race for Talisca.
Per the source, the Benfica want €40m for their star man but they would not be able to prevent Besiktas signing him for almost €19m less.
The problem Besiktas have is that paying €21m could put them in financial difficulty if they are unable to sell him on for a profit.
If the Black Eagles do manage to sign him and find a buyer willing to pay what Benfica want they could stand to make close to a €20m profit.
It all sounds awfully complicated but would be pretty good business if they manage to pull it off.
Talisca wrapped up the season scoring 20 goals and providing eight assists for Besiktas.
