Liverpool midfielder receives offers from Serie A giants & Besiktas, demands £4.2m a-season
Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva looks destined for a summer exit as he approaches the end of his contract.
Lucas has spent the last 10 seasons at Liverpool making a total of 346 appearances in all competitions.
The 30-year-old will however, be a free agent unless the Reds offer him a new contract.
Turkish sports newspaper Fotomac report that Serie A giants and reigning Turkish league champions Besiktas are keen on snapping up Lucas on a free transfer.

Per the source, Besiktas are considering Lucas as a replacement for Canada international Atiba Hutchinson.
Besiktas are targeting a transfer to alleviate some of the pressure on the 34-years-old midfielder.
The Black Eagles have lacked cover for Atiba this season and have made signing an additional defensively minded midfielder.
The Istanbul giants could however, be priced out of the market for Lucas.
The Express report that Lucas is demanding £4.2 million a-season from clubs looking to sign him over the summer.
Besiktas would not be able to match his asking price and would only be able to sign the experienced midfielder if he is willing to lower his demands.
