Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini has been linked with a move to Liverpool over the past week.
The French outlet L’Equipe claimed that the Reds offered the combative midfielder a three-year contract.
However, the Daily Mail states that Liverpool will not pursue a move for the 30-year-old Belgian midfielder this summer.
The Belgium international is expected to leave the Red Devils at the end of the season with his contract set to expire at the end of June.
Fellaini has been closely linked with a move to Galatasaray and Besiktas in recent months. The Turkish outlet Fanatik has stated that news of Liverpool pulling out the race to sign Fellaini has come as a huge boost for the Istanbul giants.
