Liverpool Reveal Squad Ahead Of Huddersfield Clash, Double Blow For Jurgen Klopp But Emre Can Makes Cut

Liverpool take on Huddersfield at the John Smith’s Stadium hoping to return to winning ways after West Brom sent them crashing out of the FA Cup fourth round at Anfield.

Huddersfield host Liverpool in the top flight for the first time in 46 years.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is expected to field a similar squad to the one that faced West Brom on Saturday.

Klopp has a big decision to make over whether to keep Emre Can as captain – or even start him at all – with Jordan Henderson nearing full match fitness.

Can and Henderson have both been named in the squad.

The England international has spent four weeks out with a hamstring problem but he did play an hour in the FA Cup clash.

Can meanwhile has come under criticism recently after a dip in form although the midfielder of Turkish origin did play well in the victory over Manchester City.
