Liverpool squad revealed, star duo left out while & Coutinho a major doubt
Liverpool have revealed their squad ahead of this weekend’s clash with Huddersfield.
The Reds will be desperate to bounce back from their disappointing 4-1 defeat at the hands of Tottenham.
Brazil international Philippe Coutinho is a major doubt going into today’s game but has been included in Jurgen Klopp’s squad.
The playmaker has missed training this week with an adductor injury and will require a late fitness test.
Dejan Lovren who put on a disastrous display against Tottenham has retained his place in the squad. However, Klopp may opt to drop the Croatia international to the bench.
Meanwhile star duo Sadio Mane and Adam Lallana have been left out of the squad due to injuries.
Germany international Emre Can remains in Klopp’s plans despite contract issues. The former Bayer Leverkusen man could end up leaving the club for free next summer unless a new deal is agreed.
