Liverpool midfielder Emre Can is understood to be on the verge of a Juventus move after opting against extending his contract with the Merseyside based club.
The 24-year-old has been closely linked with a move to Serie A champions Juventus in recent weeks.
According to the Sport Mediaset reporter Claudio Raimondi, Can is set to undergo a medical with Juventus on Monday.

However, Raimondi did not specify which Monday, as photos of Emre Can in Turin are yet to emerge today.
Can will be able to leave Liverpool for free when his contract with the Reds expires at the end of the month.
Jurgen Klopp did include Can in his 18-man squad for the UEFA Champions League. The 24-year-old did make an appearance off the bench in the final minutes but was unable to make an impact.
Can provided five assists and six goals in 38 appearances for Liverpool this season in all competitions. The 24-year-old was omitted from Joachim Low’s Germany national team squad and will not feature in this summers World Cup.
