Besiktas are looking into the possibility of signing out-of-favour Liverpool striker Divock Origi.

A source close to Besiktas has revealed to Turkish-Football.com that the Black Eagles are keen on strengthing their attacking lineup this summer.

Per the source, Besiktas are already in the early stages of negotiations with Liverpool for the Belgium international striker Origi. Besiktas President Fikret Orman also held talks with Origi’s agent in London last week.

Origi joined Wolfsburg on loan last summer after falling out of favour with Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp.

The 23-year-old scored six goals in 31 Bundesliga appearances this season. Liverpool could be forced into offloading Origi this summer as he has just one year remaining on his contract with the Reds.
