Liverpool – Swansea Confirmed XI’s: Emre Can starts in defence [divider]
Liverpool midfielder Emre Can will start against Swansea in the Premier League.
Can will start for the first time since the Red 2-1 defeat against Chelsea in November.
The 20-year-old midfielder played the second half in Liverpool’s 1-0 win against Burnley on the weekend replacing defender Kolo Toure.
Can will start in defence against Swansea instead of playing in his usual midfield role.
Liverpool are currently in 10th place and could move into 8th position with a win against the Welsh side.
