Liverpool have continued their preparations for Saturday’s UEFA Champions League clash against Real Madrid.

The Reds spent four days in Marbella before returning to Liverpool to complete their training program.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp still has several injury worries going into the weekend encounter. In positive news, Emre Can is back in contention after recovering from a back injury. The 24-year-old has participated in first-team training all week.

However, Liverpool legend John Aldridge believes Can should be dropped from the squad following reports stating that the Germany international is set for a medical with Juventus.

Meanwhile, Joel Matip, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Joe Gomez have all ruled out with injuries. James Milner also suffered a knock in recent but is expected to be fully fit for the final.

Adam Lallana has also returned to first-team training and could be included in the matchday squad.

Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane who have racked up 29 goals between them in the competition are all fully fit.
