Liverpool team news:

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is missing several key names heading into tonight’s crucial encounter.

Germany international Emre Can has been ruled out with a back injury he picked up last month. The 24-year-old may have already played his last game for the Reds with his contract expiring this summer.

Meanwhile, Adam Lallana is out with a thigh injury while defender Joel Mapid is also sidelined due to injury.

Defender Joe Gomez is a slight doubt despite featuring over the weekend while Nathaniel Clyne is a doubt.

Club captain Jordan Henderson missed the second leg against Man City, but is expected to return in a three-man midfield alongside James Milner and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Klopp is also expected to stick with his tried and tested front three combination of Mo Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane.
