The Reds have given themselves an unnecessary headache heading into the Brighton clash.
The Merseyside based outfit have picked up just two points from their last three games.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp received an injury boost heading into the game as Adam Lallana could potentially return.
“The perfect thing now would be to start with minutes; we’ll see if we have the opportunity to do that. But [he is] as fit as possible, I would say,” Klopp noted about Lallana in his pre-match presser.
Adam Lallana is ‘as fit as possible’ and may return to action in Liverpool’s final Premier League game of the season against Brighton and Hove Albion, but Sadio Mane is a doubt.
Jürgen Klopp suggested during his pre-match press conference that the former, who has not played since sustaining a hamstring injury six weeks ago, could feature at Anfield on Sunday.
The England has returned to training and could feature but Sadio Mane is a doubt.
“We will see,” Klopp said of the Senegal international’s chances of facing the Seagulls. “It is not the same injury. It’s a fresh problem.”
Klopp is however, expected to be without Emre Can.
The midfielder of Turkish origin is unavailable due to a back injury.
Joe Gomez, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (knee) and Joel Matip (thigh) are also out injured for the Brighton clash.
