Liverpool star Emre Can had to be take off on 27 minutes against Watford on Saturday after suffering a back injury.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has given an injury update regarding the midfielder of Turkish origin.
Klopp does not believe Can will be sidelined for long, in fact he could still make the Germany national team after being called up for the games against Spain in Duesseldorf on March 23 and against Brazil in Berlin four days later.
“He doesn’t think, and I don’t think, it is too serious – but it was too serious to continue,” Klopp said in his press conference.
“He had that problem a little bit during the week; we gave him one day of extra recovery but he thought it would work and he trained normally yesterday.
“It is a muscle thing but it should not be that serious and he will go to the national team I think, and have their treatment.”

Can has been a star player for Klopp this season despite facing an uncertain future.
The 24-year-old will be a free agent at the end of the season unless he signs an extension deal.
The Germany international has been closely linked with Juventus but has denied reaching an agreement with any club.
The midfielder will make a decision over his future at the end of the campaign.
Liverpool went onto beat Watford 5-0 at Anfield Stadium in their final game before the international break.
