Liverpool team news: Klopp suffers blow as star player will miss Man City clash, Emre Can makes the squad
Liverpool take on Manchester City at the Etihad hoping to build on an impressive start to the season which has already seen them crush Arsenal 4-0.
Both sides sit in the top four with seven points collected from a possible nine.
City have won both away fixtures this campaign but are still chasing a first home win after being held to a 1-1 draw against Everton.

The Reds meanwhile have a perfect home record but have yet to win on the road.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will be without Philippe Coutinho has not been included in the squad for the game.
Coutinho has rejoined first-team training at Melwood following a transfer request and a back injury but will not feature against City.
Klopp will also be without Nathaniel Clyne and Adam Lallana who are injured.
Midfielder of Turkish origin Emre Can will be available.
The 23-year-old will be well rested after not receiving any playing time over the international break.
