Turkish Super Lig giants Besiktas are stepping up their efforts to sign Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius.
According to the Turkish outlet Fanatik, following a string of unimpressive performances from Tolga Zengin this season, manager Senol Gunes is keen to sign a new goalkeeper.
Meanwhile, the Mirror states that Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is ‘happy to allow’ Karius to hold talks with Besiktas this summer.
The report goes onto state that Simone Mignolet will remain at the club as Alisson’s back up while Karius will be allowed to leave on loan.
The Mirror also states that Liverpool green lit Marko Grujic’s loan move to Hertha Berlin this week while Sheyi Ojo is close to joining Aston Villa on a 12-month deal.
