Liverpool transfer news: Reds could sell Emre Can if Real Madrid star arrives

Liverpool could sell Emre Can if they find a suitable replacement, according to Italian journalist Claudio Raimondi.

The Germany international’s future at Liverpool is increasingly uncertain seeing that he has under 12-months left on his contract with the Reds.

Speaking to the Italian TV Channel Premium Sport, Raimondi stated that Liverpool would sell Can if they singed Real Madrid star Mateo Kovacic.

“If Liverpool were to sign Kovacic they could sell Emre Can,” Raimondi told Premium Sport.

“Juventus are always in pole [position to sign him].”
