Liverpool go into tonights game in good form after remaining unbeaten in their last nine games in the Premier League. The Reds have won four out of their last five and will be further boosted by the return of Daniel Struidge, who has missed the majority of the season due to injury.

Club captain Steven Gerrard will miss the game with an injury and is a doubt for the return leg. Lucas Leiva will also miss the game with an injury while Lazar Markovic is out due to a suspension.

Besiktas also go into tonights encounter in good form. Slaven Bilic’s side have won nine of their last ten games and sit at the top of the Turkish Super Lig. The Eagles have been well versed at playing away from home this season due to their stadium the Inonu being redeveloped and have won their last six games on the road.

Demba Ba is a slight injury doubt going into the game but the former Chelsea man is expected to play.
