Liverpool take on Carlisle in the Carling Cup at Anfield hoping to get back on track after a poor run in the Premier League.
Reds head coach Brendan Rodgers has made a number of changes to the side that drew 1-1 against Norwich City last weekend.
Rodgers is without Cristian Benteke who has a hamstring problem and has decided to give Divock Origi a rare start upfront. The Belgium striker has struggled for playing time this season and has been linked with a winter loan move.
Emre Can is one of the few first-team players that will get to start against Carlisle while summer signings signings Firminho and Ings also get to start in the cup game.
