Per the source, Galatasaray are considering whether to make an offer.

The Lions are concerned with his injury record and lack of consistency but have not ruled out taking a gamble on the Serbian international.

Markovic is currently on loan at Hull City but faces an uncertain future at Liverpool.

The winger does have another two-years remaining on his Liverpool contract but he does not know what the Reds have planned for him.

“We don’t know what will happen yet, it depends on the Liverpool situation. I still have two years on my contract at Liverpool. We shall see. I enjoy playing in the Premier League and would like to stay in the Premier League,” Markovic was quoted as saying by the Liverpool Echo.

Markovic does have history playing in the Turkish league for Galatasaray’s Istanbul rivals Fenerbahce.

The winger enjoyed a one-season loan spell at the Yellow Canaries before his move to Hull City.
