Liverpool’s young striker Samed Yeşil has stated that he will do his talking on the pitch when it comes to sending a statement to the Red’s newly appointed manager Jurgen Klopp.
The 21-year-old has been on loan at the Swiss Super League side FC Luzurn since the start of the season.
“I prefer to speak with goals than to send him Christmas cards. We’ll talk to each other when the time comes,” Yeşil told Bild.
FC Luzern sit in forth place in the league with 20 points in 13 games. Marcus Babble’s side take on St. Gallen next weekend.
Yeşil has provided two assists and scored just one goal in eight appearances for Luzurn this season.
The former Bayer Leverkusen man joined Liverpool from the German side Bayern Leverkusen back in 2012 for £1 million.
Yeşil has made just two appearances for Liverpool after suffering a long term cruciate ligament injury last season.
