Emre Can has uploaded an image of himself alongside Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil during training.
The duo are currently on international duty with Germany at Euro 2018. Can posted a picture to his official Instagram page along with the caption, “Fun at training.”
Emre Can is one of eight Germany born ethnic Turks in the tournament. Mesut Ozil is the other Germany international of Turkish origin while Turkey has six Germany born players.
Ozil has played the full 90 minutes in Germany’s opening two games while Can is yet to make an appearance at this summer’s Euro 2016 in France.
Germany are currently in first place following a win over Ukraine and draw with Poland
Joachim Low’s side can secure top spot in their group if they record a victory over Northern Ireland. Mesut Ozil is expected to keep his place in Germany’s starting line-up while Can is once again set for a place on the bench.
