Lokomotiv Moscow want £4.2 million for Oumar Niasse according to TalkSport.
Chelsea, Tottenham and Galatasaray are all reported to be interested in the out-of-favour striker.
Niasse has had trouble finding a regular first team spot at his at Lokomotiv and is said to be looking for a move away from the club.
The 24-year-old has himself claimed that Tottenham and Chelsea have been scouting him over the past season.
“Last season Chelsea watched four of my games and Tottenham watched six of my games and they are keeping tabs on me,” Niasse was quoted as saying by Eurosport TR.

Galatasaray have also been closely linked with the 24-year-old forward.
Niasse previously worked under current Galatasaray manager Hazma Hamzaoğlu while at Akhisar before his move to Russia.
Niasse is familiar with the Süper Lig, having first made a name for himself in Turkey before moving to Russia from Akhisar at the start of this season for €5 million.
The former Akhisar man has provided two assists and scored four goals in 11 appearances for Lokomotiv this season.
