Arsenal star Mesut Ozil was a major doubt for the Germany World Cup 2018 opener against Mexico.
The playmaker of Turkish origin missed the warm-up friendlies with a knee injury.
Germany boss Joachim Low has revealed that the 29-year-old has recovered and is fit for consideration.
Low did not reveal whether Ozil will start or not but he will be available.
Low said: “All the players are fit.
“Mesut Ozil had two extra training sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
“The overall impression is good. He is fit.
“I still have two or three options in terms of who is in the team but I want to announce it to the players first before disclosing it.”

Ozil has faced criticism from sections of the German media and fanbase after he and Manchester City’s Ilkay Gundogan posed for pictures with Turkish President Recep Erdogan.
There have been calls for both players to be dropped but this is unlikely to happen.
Some German fans whistled Gundogan in his previous game Saudi Arabia.
Both players will be available for selection on Sunday against Mexico.
Ozil played a key role in Germany lifting the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
Gundogan meanwhile will play in his first World Cup tournament, after missing the 2014 edition due to injury.
