Manchester City ace Ilkay Gundogan has tipped Mikel Arteta to be a success at Arsenal.
The former Manchester City assistant manager and Arsenal midfielder replaced Unai Emery as the Gunners Head Coach last season.
Gundogan worked alongside Arteta at Man City for two seasons prior to the Spanish tactician’s move to Arsenal.
The midfielder of Turkish origin was asked what it was like working with Arteta from his time at City during a Q&A session on Twitter.
Gundogan described Arteta in three words.
We’ve had a very good relationship at ManCity. He’s a very empathetic, caring and hard working coach. https://t.co/FnbbdAUmpm

Arteta recently tested positive for coronavirus and was partly the reason why the Premier League decided to postpone the season.
Arsenal’s first-team squad are currently in quarantine while several other Premier League clubs have now taken similar precautions.
Gundogan has played a key role for Man City this season having provided five assists and one goal in 40 appearances for the Citizens.
The Premier League is scheduled to continue in early April however there are likely to be further postponements as the Coronavirus pandemic progresses.
