Manchester City take on Basel in the Champions League Last 16 second-leg tie at the Emirates on Wednesday.
The Citizens head into the clash as favorites after beating the Swiss giants 4-0 in the first-leg.
Ilkay Gundogan was the star of the show in Switzerland, opening the scoring and netting the fourth goal with a stunning long-range effort.
Pep Guardiola was full of praise for the midfield of Turkish origin after the game and has started him in every game since.
Gundogan has been included in the squad and is likely to feature unless the head coach decides to make a few rotations.
The 27-year-old will have to be careful if he does play as another yellow card will mean he is suspended for the next game.
Guardiola also received a triple boost heading into the clash.
Benjamin Mendy, Fernandinho Raheem Sterling have returned to training but Guardiola may decide against risking them.
The City boss did state that they may be ready for the Stoke City clash.
Guardiola said: “Ferna is much much better, as is Sterling. Maybe tomorrow they won’t play but they may be ready for Stoke City. Mendy is back but he’s been out for six monhts, we have to be careful.”
City won the first game thanks to goals from Ilkay Gundogan (two), Bernardo Silva and Sergio Aguero, but the boss says there will be no room for complacency.”
City will also be without David Silva, the midfielder, whose baby son was born prematurely, has been allowed time off this week for personal reasons.
