Galatasaray lost the game he picked up the injury 2-1 against Sivasspor and were defeated away from home again against Kasimpasa by the same scoreline last week.
Galatasaray will also be without former City midfielder Fernando due to injury and Younes Belhanda is out suspended.
Mariano and Feghouli will pick up an automatic suspension if they are booked against Bursaspor.
The Lions are unbeaten in their last 17 games at home in the Turk Telekom Arena.
Galatasaray have won 12 of their last 13 games at home.
