Man City Team News: Guardiola Missing Two Defenders, Gundogan & Silva Contest For Spot

City will move 15 points clear of second placed Manchester United if they keep their win streak alive against Newcastle United at St James’ Park.
Citizens boss Pep Guardiola will be without centre-back John Stones who has recovered from his hamstring injury but is not yet match fit.
Long term absentee, defender Benjamin Mendy is also out with a knee injury.

Ilkay Gundogan will be available and has started two of City’s last three games scoring and providing an assist.
With David Silva back however, Gundogan may find himself relegated to the bench.
