Manchester City will be looking to continue their title-winning celebrations when they take on relegation battlers Swansea City this weekend.
The Citizens secured the Premier League title after Manchester United suffered a 1-0 defeat to West Brom on Sunday.
Despite wrapping up the title, City are now chasing five Premier League records. The Citizens can register the Highest Point Total, Most wins, Most Away Wins, Most Goals and Biggest Winning Points Margin.
Swansea City meanwhile come into Sunday’s encounter without a win in their last four games. The Swans are five points above the drop zone and know a shock win this weekend will all but secure their spot in the Premier League.
