Man City Team News: Injuries, suspensions vs Chelsea
Manchester City travel to London to take on Chelsea today in one of the defining games of the season.
Pep Guardiola’s side can blow the title race wide open if they manage to defeat Chelsea at home.
The Blues lead at the top was cut to seven points following their shock defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace last week.
Back-to-back defeats for Antonio Conte’s man will let the likes of City and Tottenham back in the race.
Man City injuries:
Ilkay Gundogan and Gabriel Jesus are ruled out for tonights clash with long term injuries.
Jesus Navas was forced into playing right-back against Arsenal. Bacary Sagna and Pablo Zabaleta are both doubts going into tonight’s clash.
There are also question marks over Raheem Sterling and Vincent Kompany’s fitness.
Man City are unbeaten in their last eight games but have drawn their last three. Guardiola’s side are fourth in the league with 58 points after 29 games.
