Man City will be looking to maintain their 100% record in the UEFA Champions League when they take on Shakhtar Donetsk.

The clash takes place in Kharkiv’s Metalist Stadium on Wednesday night. Kick off is scheduled for 19:45 (GMT) while the game will be broadcast live on BT Sport ESPN in the UK.

Man City Team News:

Manager Pep Guardiola is expected to rotate his side with one eye on the weekend’s Premier League clash with biter rivals Manchester United.

Star defenders Benjamin Mendy and John Stones have been ruled out with injuries. Meanwhile Kevin De Bruyne misses the clash through suspension.

David Silva will also be rested ahead of the weekend Manchester derby.

Guardiola could opt to use youngsters Phil Foden, Brahim Diaz, Tosin Adarabioyo and Daniel Grimshaw, who have all been included in his squad.

Germany international Ilkay Gundogan is also expected to start after being rested over the weekend.
