Man City transfer news: Belgium international rejects 7 offers in attempt to force move to Euro giants

Manchester City star defender Jason Denayer is desperate for a move back to the Turkish Super League.

The 22-year-old spent the 2015-16 season on-loan at Galatasaray and established himself as a fan favourite following an impressive season.

According to the Turkish outlet Sporx, Denayer wants to re-join Galatasaray and has so far rejected seven offers from other clubs.

Per the source Denayer has turned down offers from Brighton, Wolfsburg, Real Betis, Girona, Lavante, Bordeaux and Standard Liege.

“Denayer wants to join as and we would like to sign him,” Ergun was quoted as saying by SporX.

Meanwhile, Fanatik claim that Galatasaray are ‘determined‘ to sign Denayer and will do everything they can to sign him before the transfer window slams shut this week.

The 22-year-old has three years left on his contract with Manchester City. Denayer played 24 Premier League games for Sunderland last season.
