Fenerbahce have set their sights on a January move for Manchester City’s star forward Jesus Navas.

Sources close to the club have revealed to Turkish-Football that Fenerbahce manger Dick Advocaat is keen on signing the Spain international in the next transfer window.

Navas is also being pursued by both  AC Milan and Inter Milan while his former club Sevilla are also interested.

The former Sevilla man has found first team opportunities hard to come by under Pep Guardiola and competition for his place intensified following the signing of Leroy Sane from Schalke 04 over the summer transfer window.

Dick Advocaat’s team recorded a 5-1 victory over Rizespor in the Turkish Super Leage on Sunday.

Fenerbahce are currently third in the league, four points behind second placed Besiktas. The Istanbul giants are also first in the Europa League Group A, one point ahead of second placed United.

Fenerbahce take on their Istanbul rivals Besiktas this weekend.
