Man City transfer news: Yaya Toure wanted by Turkish league giants in end of season transfer

Galatasaray are set to make a shock move for Man City star midfielder Yaya Toure this summer.

The Turkish outlet … state that Toure’s time at Man City is nearing an end. The Citizens are yet to offer the experienced midfielder a new deal. Toure’s current contract expires at the end of the season.

Per the source, Toure is not keen on a move to China and wants to remain in Europe.

The report state that Galatasaray are preparing a contract offer for the Ivory Coast international.

The Lions are hoping make room for new transfers this summer by offloading  Podolski, Chedjou and Wesley Sneijder.

Toure has two assists and six goals in 22 apperances for City this season. Pep Guardiola’s side are currently third in the Premier League with 57 points after 28 games.

The Citizens travel to London this weekend to take on an out-of-form Arsenal side at the Emirates. Arsenal have lost three of their last four games in the league.
