Manchester City need to pull off a huge win tonight against Liverpool if they are to book their spot in the next round of the UEFA Champions League.

The Citizens suffered a shock 3-0 defeat at Anfield in the first leg.

Tonight’s encounter takes places at the Etihad stadium while kick-off is scheduled for 19:45 (GMT).

Star midfielder Emre Can has been ruled out of tonight’s clash due to a back injury which also kept him out of the first leg.

However, star forward Mo Salah has returned to Klopps starting eleven after coming off injured in the first leg.

Meanwhile, Pep Guardiola has opted to drop Ilkay Gundogan in order to field a more offensive lineup. Interestingly star striker Sergio Aguero starts tonights encounter the bench.
