Man United Agree Deal With Galatasaray But Casemiro Rejects Transfer

Manchester United reportedly agreed a deal with Galatasaray over the transfer of midfielder Casemiro but the midfielder rejected the move according to Turkiye Gazetesi.

Per the source, Casemiro has rejected the opportunity to join Galatasaray, opting to remain at Old Trafford and fight for his place.

United reportedly agreed to loan Casemiro to the Lions with the Turkish giants agreeing to cover his wages.

However, the Brazilian midfielder faced speculation about a potential move to Turkey and made it clear he wants to stay in England.

Casemiro’s decision comes after a difficult period for the midfielder. His performances last season, particularly in the loss to Liverpool, drew criticism and raised questions about his future.

The arrival of Manuel Ugarte from Paris Saint-Germain further increased competition for midfield places.

Despite the challenges, Casemiro is determined to prove himself at Manchester United. He believes he can still contribute to the team and is hoping to regain his best form.

While Casemiro’s future at Manchester United remains uncertain beyond this season, his decision to reject Galatasaray’s offer indicates his commitment to the club and his desire to fight for his place in the starting lineup.

The Lions meanwhile are still active in the market as they want to strengthen the midfield before the transfer window ends on 13 September.
