Man United and Fenerbahce ‘Lead Race’ To Sign £350,000-per-week Arsenal Ace Mesut Ozil

Arsenal star playmaker Mesut Ozil has been linked with a move away from the north London based club following a turbulent summer.

The 29-year-old has completed just one 90 minutes in the Premier League so far after being substituted off by Unai Emery against Chelsea and Cardiff.

Ozil appears to be carrying a hangover from the 2018 World Cup which resulted in him quitting the Germany national team citing racism and discrimination.

According to Ladbrokes, if Ozil is to leave Arsenal in the future then Manchester United and Fenerbahce are his most likely destinations.

Per the source, Manchester United have odds of 4/1 while Fenerbahce are slight favourites at 5/2.

However, it is highly unlikely Fenerbahce will be able to offer Ozil anything in the region of the £350,000-per-week he earns at Arsenal, making talks of this transfer very doubtful.

Ozil is expected to be back in action for Arsenal this weekend when they take on Newcastle United in the Premier League.
