Turkish-Football reported on 5 October that the Gunners have continued to keep tabs on Boey after scouting him last season.

The Premier League side have been interested in scouting Boey in major games in the Super Lig and Champions League.

Manchester United have also had an eye on Boey after monitoring the Galatasaray team for the European campaign – they are both in the same group.

Boey has been targeted by both clubs and Kerem Akturkoglu has also attracted attention after impressing both domestically and in Europe.

The Lions value Boey as being worth €30m and he is under contract until 2026 however, the right-back has made it clear he is keen on a move to the Premier League.

Boey and Akturkoglu both started in the 2-1 victory over Besiktas in the derby as well as the 3-2 win over Manchester United in the Champions League.

Both players are likely to start in the Champions League against Bayern Munich in Germany on Tuesday.

Arsenal and United are expected to also have scouts present for the European competition clash.

Galatasaray head into the Match Day 3 game in second place in Group A on four points, Bayern are first with six points, Copenhagen third on one point and United last having failed to pick up any points yet.
