Manchester United are continuing to scout Galatasaray defender Ozan Kabak according to the Sun.

Per the source, Jose Mourinho is keen on bolstering his defensive options in January and Kabak is among the names United are eyeing.

The latest report follows Turkish-Football reporting United keeping tabs on the 18-year-old back in October.

United face competition from Roma and Inter have also been scouting the rising star.

Turkish-Football also reported United as being among several sides that kept tabs on Kabak during the derby clash versus Besiktas last week.

The Turkey international won three aerial duels, made four interceptions, five clearances and had a header hit the post.

The Red Devils have been tracking the development of the young defender since he burst onto the scene earlier in the season.

Kabak has established himself as a star name in the Galatasaray defence since breaking into the first-team.

Galatasaray are keen on extending the young defender’s contract deal but have yet to reach an agreement.

Kabak has started 10 league games and three Champions League matches this term.
