Galatasaray defender Ozan Kabak has attracted widespread interest from across Europe since bursting onto the scene this season with Manchester United, Roma and Inter Milan expressing an interest.

Turkish-Football sources have revealed that Roma sporting director Monchi sent representatives to monitor Kabak during the Intercontinental Derby against Fenerbahce.

United have also been keeping tabs on the 18-year-old which we previously reported.

Lions manager Fatih Terim has started Kabak for the last nine games in all competitions including the past two Champions League games against Schalke.

Galatasaray value Kabak as being worth €20m and he does have another two-years on his contract but he is currently one of the lowest paid players in the squad.

The Lions are currently trying to extend his deal with an increased wage and a release clause to match their valuation.

Kabak was promoted from the academy at the start of the season to deal with an injury crisis but ended up impressing Terim so much that he kept him on as a first-choice centre-back.

The defender has made a total of 10 appearances in all competitions this term.

Kabak will not feature for the national team over the international break as he is out injured but he is expected back for the Konyaspor match the following week.
