Man United have 15 percent chance to land £48m target but will make another offer this week

Manchester United are set to make another move for Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic this week according to MEN.

The Manchester Evening News report that United are expected to make another offer for Perisic.

Per the source, Jose Mourinho remains intent on making one more transfer before the end of the window.

Inter value the 28-year-old as being worth £48 million according to the Independent.

There were rumours that Inter would give the green light for Perisic to leave if Emre Mor were to join from Borussia Dortmund.

The Turkish international has been closely linked with the Italian giants.

Mor has reached an agreement in principle with Inter but the Serie A outfit have yet to strike a deal with his club.

Italian journalist David Amoyal does not believe that Mor’s arrival would be a deciding factor.

In fact he claims United have just a 15 percent chance of signing Perisic.

In his column on ESPN, he wrote: “In recent weeks, there has been momentum for the Croatia international to stay at Inter.

“Manchester United were reluctant to include Anthony Martial in the deal, and they also have yet to increase their offer from a few weeks ago.

“In addition, now that Inter no longer have to raise funds to meet their financial fair play obligations, they will sell the 28-year-old winger on their own terms.

“The expected arrival of Emre Mor at Inter also shouldn’t be seen as a signal either Antonio Candreva or Perisic are leaving, considering Spalletti’s reliance on wingers.”
