Man United & Leicester City given transfer boost as Portuguese ace has bust-up with manager Igor Tudor

Galatasaray suffered a shock 3-1 defeat at home against Istanbul rivals Kasimpasa over the weekend.

The victory could deliver a blow to their chances of securing European competition football next season.

To make matters worse the loss also saw head coach Igor Tudor have a public falling out with star winger Bruma.

Tudor and Bruma had some words on the touchline before the Portuguese star was pulled from the game on 18 minutes.

The bizarre incident followed with Bruma throwing an arm bandage on the floor near the manager in protest.

Bruma and Tudor have had a frosty relationship ever since the former Juventus player took over as manager in February.

One of Tudor’s first moves was dropping Bruma to the reserves going into his first game in charge.

After a disappointing result against Rizespor, Tudor was forced to bring Bruma back.

The latest controversy is being interpreted as the clearest sign yet that Bruma will be leaving at the end of the season.

The news will serve as a Manchester United and Leicester City transfer boost.

Turkish-Football recently reported that both Man United and Tottenham scouts were monitoring Bruma during Sunday’s Galatasaray v Fenerbahce derby.

Leicester City and Southampton meanwhile have entered talks with Bruma according to his agent Ibrahim Polat.

Polat is an agent at Marco Kirdemir Sport Management who are representing Bruma.

“Southampton and Leicester City have registered an interest and we have held talks,” Polat told Eren Sarigul of Turkish-Football writing for ESPN.

“Bruma is keen on the Premier League and we will be holding further talks next month.

“Everything will become clearer regarding his future in May.”

Bruma will have just 12 months remaining on his contract at the end of the season and has yet to sign a new deal.

The 23-year-old has been in great form scoring a career season high of 10 goals and providing eight assists in all competitions for the Lions this season.
