Manchester United have made a £35 million bid for Benfica attacking midfielder on loan at Besiktas, Anderson Talisca according to O Jogo.
Per the source, the offer is expected to be accepted.
The fee is higher than the buyout clause Benfica had negotiated with Besiktas, which stood at €18 million.
The report claims the Brazilian is ‘excited’ by the prospect of an Old Trafford move.
Red Devils interest in Talisca is nothing new.
Turkish-Football have reported United sending scouts to keep tabs on the 24-year-old throughout the season.
Additionally, Jose Mourinho is a long-term admirer of the powerful attacking midfielder.

Speaking to Portuguese broadcaster TVI24 [via Daily Star] in 2014, Mourinho said: “I think Benfica hired well. They say Talisca is unknown, but he is only so unknown because he’s only not playing in England because he doesn’t have a work permit. If he had one, he would be here!”
