Manchester United take on Manchester City at the Etihad on Saturday hoping to prevent their cross-city rivals from lifting the league title.

City have the chance to win the championship in the Manchester derby.

Citizens boss Pep Guardiola could however, have one eye on the Champions League return-leg against Liverpool mid-week.

The Premier League leaders were hammered 3-0 at Anfield and will have to pull off a huge comeback to book a place in the semi-finals.

United boss Jose Mourinho will have an almost fully fit squad to pick from, with just Sergio Romero and Daley Blind doubtful for the meeting with City.

Nemanja Matic and Paul Pogba are likely to start in midfield but could be joined by either Ander Herrera or Marouane Fellaini if Mourinho opts if Mourinho opts for a three-man midfield.

If Mourinho does go for three in the middle one of Juan Mata, Jesse Lingard or Alexis Sanchez could miss out.

Turkish-Football have reported Galatasaray making Fellaini a transfer priority.

The Lions have been scouting the Belgium international throughout the season and a source close to Galatasaray revealed to us that they will be keeping tabs in the derby clash.

Fellaini has just a few months remaining on his contract but has yet to sign a new deal.

The Lions would be able to sign the powerful midfielder on a free transfer unless he signs an extension.

Mourinho will be keen on ruining City’s party but United have not scored in three of their four away league matches against their top-six opposition this season.

City meanwhile have failed to find the back of the net in their last two home games against the Red Devils.
