Manchester United are set to step up their interest in AS Roma’s in-demand star winger Cengiz Under.

The Red Devils are one of many top European clubs keeping tabs on the 21-year-old. Bayern Munich, Arsenal and Tottenham have also been linked with moves for Under.

A source close to Cengiz Under has revealed to Turkish-Football.com that scouts from Man United, Tottenham and Arsenal are expected to be present on Friday when Turkey take on Sweden.

Roma has set a €50 million asking price on their star asset.

Man United could make several changes to their squad over the January transfer window following a turbulent start to the 2018/19 season.

The UEFA Nations League game will be played at the Yeni Eskisehir Stadium on Friday.

Under has been training along with the rest of the Turkey national team this week. Turkey needs a win in order to avoid being relegated.

The former Altinordu star has been in impressive form for AS Roma this season with five assists and three goals in 14 appearances.

Under has four years remaining on his contract with Roma but is currently one of their lowest-paid players in the first team squad.

The Italian giants are actively seeking to renew the Turkey international’s contract.
