Man United transfer news: Six clubs target star midfielder approaching end of his contract

The race is hotting up for Manchester United star and Belgium international Marouane Fellaini.

The combative midfielder is expected to leave the Red Devils at the end of the season after turning down United’s contract extension offer.

Fellaini could end up leaving the club for free this summer when his current deal expires.

According to a report in the Sun on Sunday, six clubs across Europe are interested in signing the 30-year-old.

Per the source, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, Monaco, Besiktas, West Ham and Leicester are all involved in a race to sign Fellaini this summer.

The report goes onto state that Fellaini has his heart set on a move abroad, which also rules West Ham and Leicester City out of the running.

Fellaini made a late appearance during Manchester United’s FA Cup semi-final win over Tottenham on Saturday.

The Red Devils are back in action this weekend when they host their rivals Arsenal at Old Trafford.
